Refund Policy

Returns 
We have a 14 days returns policy for goods in unused condition and in original packaging. We can issue a voucher valid for 12 months to cover your purchase or offer a refund.

Sale items are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are valid if bought from amuletjewellery.co.nz  only.  Our stockists take care of their own returns directly with you.

Steps For Completing Your Return:

1.  Valid invoice/receipt for goods bought via www.amuletjewellery.co.nz within 14 days of receipt of goods

2.  Email us as soon as possible to let us know with a copy of your invoice/receipt at info@amuletjewellery.co.nz

3.  Send the returned goods to Amulet Jewellery, 150 Taylor Road, Waimauku, Auckland 0882, New Zealand.  

4.  Once the returned goods have been assessed and approved, your refund or voucher will be activated.  Vouchers will be sent by email and are valid for 12 months.  If a refund is required, this will be issued via the payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Returned Goods

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
